On Saturday, August 29th, we're planning a unique exploration of the Medicine Lake Highlands, known as California's most varied volcanic landscape on the largest shield volcano on our continent. The Highlands are highly significant to Native Americans as a Traditional Cultural District and of prime importance for California's water supply.
