Ski Park Expansion Comments, Extending Emergency Drought Regulations, Shasta Valley Groundwater Comments
We're counting on the Ski Park to not affect the cultural significance of Grey Butte or Panther Meadows.
We find the GSP to be inadequate to meet the provisions of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) and to result in long-term groundwater sustainability for the Shasta Valley.
