The long-standing challenge to geothermal leasing in the Medicine Lake Highlands will receive a hearing by Judge John A. Mendez in US District Court, Sacramento on April 19th at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 6.
Unanimous ruling from the 9th Circuit Court continues our Native and environmental coalition lawsuit, to stop destructive geothermal fracking of the pristine Medicine Lake Highlands - a major aquifer supplying water for millions of Californians.
