Earth Day Celebration 2019
Mount Shasta City Park
Sunday, April 28rd
Eco Expo 11:00 AM to 4 PM
Sponsored by the Mount Shasta Bioregional Ecology Center
This Earth Day Celebration is a Mount Shasta tradition – we invite all “Earth Friendly” vendors and exhibitors to attend and take part in the festivities! The event will occur all day (11 am to 6 pm) with Eco Expo (booths) open to the public from 11 am to 4 pm – exhibitors are asked to keep their booths set up until at least 4 pm, and not begin takedown until that time. Setup may start at 8 am and takedown should finish by 8 pm.
The Celebration will include guest speakers, children’s activities, information booths, bake sale, native plant walk, raffle and more!
Vendor booths are $25 and non-profit 501(c)3 booths are $20 for the day. Each space includes a banquet-sized table. We have approximately 15 indoor booths and 15 outdoor booths (weather permitting) available. Exhibitors with items for sale are required to have valid seller’s permits which are available without charge from the state. More information and applications can be found here.
Earth Day is widely promoted through flyers, press releases, radio and social media. Please reserve your booth as soon as possible for best placement, and to benefit by giving us more time to feature your business or organization in our promotional materials. Applications will be accepted until all spots are taken, or by Sunday, April 7th at the latest.
No dogs or other pets (except registered service animals) are allowed in Mt. Shasta City Park.
If you don’t need a booth but would like to contribute to Earth Day and be featured in our promotional materials, please contact us about cash and in-kind sponsorship opportunities.
