Protecting Biodiversity
Through this project, we have been watchful over protecting habitat and preserving the rich diversity of our mountain environment and the state of its waters. Continued involvement in forest issues has resulted in halting or modifying a number of timber sales and other Forest Service projects on and around Mount Shasta over the past dozen years.
